Experienced Machine Operator - Mon-Thur. 12-hour Swing Shift

Will work 12-hour swing shifts rotating every two weeks, 1-week Monday through Thursday, 1-week Monday through Wednesday 

Starting at $18.00 and up, $2.50/hr. shift premium for working 6pm-6am

*$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Basic Job Duties
Assist our Crew Leads with set up, operating, or tending to equipment that may perform various functions in the production of absorbent pads.

  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Assist to ensure that the machine is running at optimum level.
  • Produce and package products according to specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to monitor physical characteristics of product and take corrective action as needed.
  • Assist with machine clean-ups, set ups and change-overs as required.
  • Make machine adjustments using basic hand tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, and people love your positive "can do" attitude
  • Ability to lift and occasionally carry 50 pounds and can perform physical labor(climb, bend, etc.)

  • Ability to pass our pre-employment drug screening and fitness test
  • You want to be challenged, and you are always learning
  • You are mechanically inclined (or willing to be trained!)
